I've known Abby through some neighbors for awhile and have heard nothing but incredible things. So when my friend was going through a medical issue and needed help with his dog, I knew exactly who to contact. Abby is super responsive, incredibly diligent, and was amazing with Coco who can be nervous with strangers. I never had one second of worry about Coco being taken care of and it has taken a huge weight off my friend's shoulders. Abby is wonderful! Truly loves animals and her job. She took great care of Roo and was very responsive. Another time one of her employees and her fiancé watched Roo over New Year's Day and week and they loved on him and sent me pictures and videos the whole time. It can be pricey but you're getting in home care with direct phone/text access to the person watching your dog and they open their homes to your pup with so much love. More...

Abby is amazing! I have had some very bad experiences in the past with people who offered dog care, and Abby has been nothing but incredible to me and my dog. Our fur baby Bentley loves Abby!!! I was struggling to find a consistent, and loyal dog walker since moving to the Brentwood area. We used the apps WAGs and Rover but felt like the consistency of those walkers were hit or miss. Thankfully we found Abby's card and got started with Brentwood Barks. Ever since then, I have felt confident to leave Bentley in the hands of Abby and her employees. Never an issue with them. Very responsive and adaptable if needing to change anything. Abby is a godsend! I trust her with my two Frenchie babies implicitly. The major bonus for me is that she's just as obsessed with my dogs as I am. I have had a few terrible experiences with dog daycare, and the peace of mind knowing she's treating my dogs just as I would is priceless. Brentwood Barks is amazing, but they don't only care for dogs... CATS TOO! I have a 4 year old Tabby cat named Tweed who isn't the most social, but she LOVES Abby! Abby takes impeccable care of Tweed when I am traveling for work and I feel 100% comfortable knowing she is in the great hands. Abby feeds her, plays, pets her and then updates me immediately with pictures and a review of how Tweed is holding up. We have been with Abby for over 6 months and could not be happier with her and her love for our pooch Oscar! We recently went out of town and our poor puppy fell seriously ill. Abby took him straight to the vet, waited with him for over three hours, kept us updated at all times and went above and beyond visiting him until we could get back to town. What can I say? Abby is as good as it gets. I've used multiple services of hers including boarding when I'm out of town, and walks. She uses a great system to update me on the status and completion of walks with cute pictures every single time. She has a true genuine passion and obsession for all types of dogs. Abby has been walking Brody for a short time (a month or so) but we are very pleased so far! Brody is an excellent judge of character and he immediately loved Abby when we first met her. I took that to be a great sign that she would be excellent with him. She walks him twice a week for the 15 min potty break. Each walk is $15 bucks and a great deal! I get the peace of mind that Brody is taken care of by a responsible person. After each walk, we get a little report card with very cute pictures of Brody. Abby is a true lifesaver. Ok, that might be overselling, but only slightly. She's at the very least a vacation-saver, easer-of-worry-and-stress, and a night's-sleep-saver. My little 40 pound ball of energy (aptly named Rowdy) absolutely loved her little doggy vacation at Brentwood Barks, giving us the opportunity to actually relax. We were sent status reports and updates, and Rowdy even had a little K-9 friend with her to annoy... errrrr... play with. For a very minor extra charge, Abby even dropped Rowdy off at home so we didn't have to come get her. Sayyyyyy whaaaaaat? Abby is great! I have a 15-year old Yorkie who has some health issues, and I worry about her when I'm at work. We normally have the dog (Cassius) go to boarding at Wags but they were full over Thanksgiving break so I found Brentwood Bark via the internet and was not disappointed. Abby's response time was amazing, basically instant. We got an account and paid for 3 nights of boarding right then. The pricing was very reasonable especially for the late booking and holiday rate!The day after I met Abby in person via a dog play date and everything went fine. Brentwood Bark is located in the plaza right behind Rosemary Grill. It's a great atmosphere and Abby is a cheerful and kind person. Delivery and pick up is very simple too-plenty of parking in the area. My boyfriend and I came to LA for a quick weekend trip. Unfortunately, you can't bring your dogs everywhere with you! (I wish you could). I met Abby through social media and I was around the area and let me tell you what excellent service she provided. All this happened last minute and Abby was so accommodating to watch my two frenchies for a couple hours. She answered her phone quickly, communicated with me through text messages with pictures and updates, and my pups were happy as can be socializing with her pet. Abby and her team are absolutely amazing and we are so grateful we found her when we did. We have been using Brentwood Barks for about a year now, and it truly has changed our lives. We were really hesitant to use a dog walking service (and tried to avoid it for as long as possible), but as soon as we met Abby we were sold. She and her team have been incredibly reliable, responsive and flexible, and they truly love and care for Austin (our 3 yo lab). There is no one, and I mean NO ONE, I would trust as much as Abby to take care of my dog, Monty. He's a fussy pup, and other than yours truly, Abby is the only other human that he gets truly excited to see! I am so grateful to Yelp to have found Brentwood Barks. I read the great reviews and website and is insured & bonded with The Pet Sitters Assoc. What I remember at our meet & greet was my dog, Copper, immediately went straight to Abby as if he already knew her and that felt very comforting to me. She is very professional and is a quick learner. I left her detailed instructions about my preferences on the before, during and after walking my dog and Abby followed them. My little cuddle bug Bodhi has stayed with Abby several times, and has had an all day playdate at her place a few times. He can be very shy, and she was so gentle helping him get used to her, her place, and any dogs that have been there with him. Whenever I bring him to Abby, he zips from the car toward her building, always eager to get there! He's a snuggler and when I'm away, I know that she loves to have him curl up with her. Abby has been such a lifesaver! I found her through WAG! and have been using her services for a couple of weeks now. Most importantly, my two pups (Mizzle and Pumpernickel) absolutely love her hour-long daily walks. She is warm, friendly, makes sure to communicate about how the pups are doing and if she needs to change the schedule for any reason. I've always felt respected by her, and she was open to hearing feedback about the neurotic way in which I like the leashes to be hung by the door!
