I love the center!! My daughter found it for me last January, so it’s been almost a year now and I feel healthier than I have in a long time! The homeopathic medicine and supplements helped my menopause symptoms like nothing else has. I had endometriosis and I used to get hormone treatments that had horrible side effects and I was feeling really hopeless. Now I feel younger, more energetic, and I can tell that my thinking has become clearer. Thanks to Dr. Davis, my physical aches & pains are better than they used to be, and I love it that he uses kinesiology to check my supplement dosage.
I just wish I had found this place sooner!

Hello
I just wanted to drop this quick follow up post regarding my experiences with coaches Jamie and Elena at Jackedfitness. I have never received so much support, encouragement and the resources are endless.
It's been over a year now and I'm still trying to check all the boxes regarding my fitness and nutrition program. Sometimes I feel frustrated because I'm not as consistent as I need to be but slowly I'm making progress.
Our youngest son, U.S.A Marine, six years in is excellent in fitness. He's home for vacation. We were in the kitchen just hanging out, talking and out of the blue he said "mum you look good, you look really good! " I was surprised of his observation and it was a real special moment for me because I am trying to take care of myself. He was able to see the results.
I then began to share with him about Coaches Elena and Jamie and all they are teaching me about health and fitness. He loved the aroma of the Better Oats Maple and Brown Sugar, I added peanut butter and cinnamon, The Rule One Protein Shake, protein pancakes and how my coaches are introducing me to healthy meals and exercise. My son was so excited to hear about the new changes and he sees the results.
I'm a baby boomer, 61 yrs, working a high stressed city transit job and doing everything I can to avoid the "Retirement Physically Breakdown experience." Elena and Jamie are going over and beyond my expectations in giving me such needed nutritional, fitness knowledge, support and encouragement to improve the quality of life.
I love having them as my coaches along with the group chat with the other members.
If you're looking for passionate, and experienced fitness and nutrition coaches I highly recommend them and the Jackedfitness Team. 💪💯😩🤑❤️

Insurance coverage for nutrition counseling depends on your plan type and diagnosis. Here's how to maximize your benefits in Illinois:
Step 1: Check if you have a covered condition
Call your insurance and ask if 'Medical Nutrition Therapy' or 'dietitian services' are covered. Mention your specific condition (diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorder, etc.).
Step 2: Get a referral
Most plans require a referral or prescription from your doctor. Ask for a referral to a 'Registered Dietitian for Medical Nutrition Therapy' and make sure they include your diagnosis code.
Step 3: Find an in-network provider
Insurance pays more (or only) for in-network dietitians. When you submit your request on Bark, add your insurance provider to your requirements so you'll only hear from nutritionists who accept your plan. If your top choice is out-of-network, some plans still offer partial reimbursement.
Step 4: Verify benefits
Before your first appointment, confirm:
No coverage? You can still use HSA/FSA funds for nutrition counseling. Ask about payment plans or sliding scale fees.
Based upon the latest Bark data, market research and regional estimates, the average monthly cost for nutrition counseling in Illinois is approximately $135. Keep in mind that while rates in Wheeling are competitive, specialized counseling (like eating disorder treatment or medical nutrition therapy) may carry a higher premium. Many insurance plans cover registered dietitian visits. The national average is around $135 per month, with costs varying based on session frequency, credentials, and your specific nutrition needs.
Estimated investment by payment structure based on your location:
With insurance: Most covered visits have a copay of $15-50 per session instead of the full rate.

Hiring a dietitian is an investment in your long-term health. Beyond just telling you what to eat, a nutrition professional in Wheeling teaches you how food affects your body, helping you build habits that prevent chronic disease and improve quality of life for years to come.
Don't be afraid to ask about a professional's background. Credentialed dietitians hold RD or RDN credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration and must maintain continuing education. These credentials ensure they follow evidence-based practices and can provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Note: The term 'nutritionist' is not regulated in most states, so always verify credentials.
If you're on a budget, start by maximizing insurance benefits—get a referral from your doctor if needed for covered conditions. Ask about package pricing, which often reduces the per-session rate. Virtual nutrition counseling is typically 15-25% less expensive than in-office visits. Some dietitians offer lower-cost initial consultations or free discovery calls to ensure you're a good fit before committing.
