I have suffered many addictions (food, sex, drugs, alcohol, smoking, etc.) I've suffered depression, anxiety, I've been homeless, I've struggled with my weight, I've been overweight most of my life, I suffered low self esteem, lack of self love, self hate, suicidal ideation, you name it, I've been through it and can relate. I have also won every one of those battles. I coach part time now, not because I need to because I have a very successful construction business.

I am passionate about helping clients accomplish their goals. The goal is to empower and encourage clients to maintain momentum by working as an accountability partner.
