I offer integrative coaching in English to clients worldwide, supporting clarity, alignment, and meaningful change across life, business, and career. My work is grounded in decades of experience in psychology, including vocational and career-focused work, as well as teaching at the doctoral level, and mind-body practice, and reflects a shift toward living and working in a more authentic, embodied way.

I have shifted my focus exclusively to adults and adolescents with Long Covid. As a coach and consultant living with LC, I know the pain - physical and emotional - that chronic illness brings. I have implemented my own mental fitness practice to process my emotions and learn from my experience. I am accepting new clients on a limited basis.
