Prior to becoming a life coach, I worked as a surgical technologist. Working in the medical field can be extremely challenging for women. It can really break you as a person overall. Quickly, I noticed the encouragement and empowerment of women in the medical field being challenged. So, I became the needed safe haven for my peers. I was deemed the go-to person at work for just about anything. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to take a leap of faith.
Aside from my certification, I have had my share of the same life experiences within my area of focus. My ability to listen in detail to what a client is saying and not saying allows me to form questions that will reveal a broader picture. This helps me to get to the absolute truth which enables me to help my clients effectively.
I am able to provide services online via Zoom, Google Meet, or over the phone in some cases. It is totally client preference.
Fortunately, my coaching practice was not affected by the pandemic because I offer online services. So, no changes were necessary.
