‘20 Certificate of Excellence

My interest and enthusiasm about coaching others, stems from years of helping people to recognize within themselves the strengths and values they hold and how to express them for positive gain. Coaching is a safe way to help people tap into their inner resources and to guide them to become productive people whose values in life meet their actions. This combination of connecting one’s values to action brings a sense of harmony and satisfaction to people that they might have never experienced before. My role as a coach is to help clients explore their inner selves, sort out confused or repeatedly negative thoughts, and explore their values and define them in terms that make practical sense. The role of the coach is to guide the client to take action, in ways they might never have thought of or imagined they could, to bring about real changes in their lives. This approach helps clients move in directions they never thought were possible and attain growth and determination to fulfill dreams and aspirations they have never been able to do previously. If you are looking for spiritual growth and fulfillment My experience as a physician serves me well to work from the clients’ “place”. It is with trust and support, in a safe and secure environment, that I do this work to help clients find their way and change from being stuck and feeling unfulfilled to a life of growth, enthusiasm and positive change. I have a holistic spiritual approach that incorporates these crucial aspects of life for health wellbeing and happiness. Please Google search my name for reviews that attest to my integrity, skills and character. I can be reached at (303) 720-641-3714ext 1 or if you prefer, you can email me. Sessions are confidential in my office or using Zoom. Thank you.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about coaching is when a client's mind opens up to a new thought, new idea, new attitude or a new approach to a problem they have tried to resolve. It is not the resolution of the problem that I love as much as the change in the clients way of seeing the problem and finding new ways to work out the solution. Being a part of that process with another person, is what I love about my job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always been in my own practice of medicine but what inspired me to become a life coach was when I realized how my own clients/patients could make changes through coaching. I wanted to be a part of their journey to help them reach their goals. Hence I trained as a co-active coach and started my coaching "business".

Why should our clients choose you?

I should be chosen because of my professional experience as a physician and counselor during which time I have helped patients with substance use disorders to find recovery and abstinence as well as adding fulfillment to their lives. I have also worked as a correctional medicine physician where I have counseled multiple unfortunate people to make changes in their lives for their betterment. Furthermore I have been involved in a spiritual program and feel I have a very broad and universal view of people, life and behavior. All these experiences make me a better coach and physician and person. I believe I have the skills to guide people in coaching to help them find paths to "move them on" from a place of being "stuck". Clients who are looking for insight, guidance, compassion and even spirituality, along with the wisdom I have gained over the years, should choose me. Thank you.
