I love seeing the transformations that occur in the lives of my clients. I grew up with many cards stacked against me. My parents were constantly in financial trouble, my mom was in and out of hospitals most of my up bringing and battling addiction. I was bullied as a child for being over weight and I was running away from life, as a result of my low self esteem. I had bought into the idea that I wasn’t good enough. My whole life began to form around this idea That so let my circumstances create for me. Eventually I followed my family footsteps into a path of addiction and eventually attempted suicide my senior year of high-school.
It took me getting to this extreme low to decide I was sick of feeling this way. It was from this point I began to develop my passion and curiosity for health, personal transformation, self compassion and real heart filling success.
Since then I have dedicated my life to supporting others who are experiencing hard times, self doubt, and poor health the way I wish I could have been supported during my dark times.
I have completely transformed myself and my life to a path of alignment, health and fulfillment and I have over 10 years of experience serving Silicon Valley professionals. I started a business in my early 20’s and am a living walking example of what I preach.
My superpower is that I can hear my clients challenges and Identify what core of their challenges are. This takes my coaching beyond just solving problems logically but helping my clients transform and grow beyond their problems.
My goal for my clients is for them to be able to show up fully authentic, healthy and in a life they don’t need to retire from.
I meet with most of my clients virtually but am always happy to welcome someone into my home office if they are local.
