Believe it or not, solid wood furniture is hard to find! I was looking for a live edge dining table that wasn't going to break my bank and stumbled onto Modern Amish of Houston. I'm from Austin but had a trip planned for Sugar Land to visit some friends so thought I'd stop by their store while I was in Houston. The shop is small but they had exactly what I was looking for... a live edge table that wasn't going to break my bank! They had 3 samples on the floor and 2 HUGE slabs leaning against the back wall. Since I was only there to visit friends I wasn't prepared to purchase anything immediately but emailed Chris back and forth over several days. Long story short, I'm getting exactly what I want and my bank account won't be crying. Great customer service! I just wish I had found you sooner!
