Olivia did our whole house design as we were building ground up. She came highly recommended by our friend . She flew over to Phoenix from Houston spent time with us to understand our likes and dislikes . She then built a whole design book with ideas . The ideas we shortlisted , she then worked with our architect to execute them. Overall a great experience. Services

The design consultation and most popular package is a time to listen to whatever challenges you are having with the existing space, and learn more about your vision for the space, how you'd like to use it, your lifestyle, and how you'd like to feel in the space.


This is a paid first appointment that ensures our focus is on the design work we are there for. This fee is separate from the design fee or any future projects should you decide to hire us.

Do you have a project budget? Most likely if it's your first time, you may be unsure of what things cost. Alternatively, you may have a budget in mind but realized once the project was finished, you felt you've spent over the amount that was initially expected. Not to worry- during this phase we will help you develop an accurate Scope of Work by collecting enough information and agree on the desired improvements so you can make an informed decision on the total project budget.


If you decide to hire us after this phase, the fee amount paid will be credited towards the total design fee in the next phase.

Basically, space planning is figuring out what the space is going to be used for, what its function is, and how you want it organized.

As part of the full design scope, we use this service to set up a design that is functional and efficient before going into style preferences and personal preferences. With your needs and the intended use of each space in mind, we'll propose a plan and design that works best for you.

Construction documentation is the process of refining, documenting, and developing design drawings with materials and product specifications, contract requirements, and installation details.

We've teamed up with a design firm to prepare detailed Construction Documents that are helpful for contractors and construction professionals to understand the design. We provide CD sets for construction drawings, structural engineering, mechanical & plumbing systems, and lighting.

Already have a complete set of construction documents? Perfect! We can coordinate details with your architect team or contractor to make sure the project goes smoothly.

Furniture is selected based on its use and activity. Designers consider the purpose of furniture, its adjustability, flexibility, finish needs, durability, and size. During this phase, we develop a style based on our initial design meeting and select furniture through our furniture trade partners.

When the furniture presentation is ready, you'll be able to accept, look at descriptions of materials, and sizes, and comment on the suggested selections through our interactive design software.

Once you've got your furniture picked out, we'll create a quote and prepare all the paperwork to start purchasing or have the option of purchasing furniture for yourself depending on selected vendors.

We offer this package as a standalone service, or as an add-on to another one of our services. We'll help you put your space all together if you're unsure of what to buy. You can chat with us about what you want and we'll help you decide! Send us pictures of the space you need help with, and we'll take care of the rest!

Upon completion of purchases, the merchandise must be delivered to a receiving facility where the furniture can be received, inspected, and delivered to your home by movers.

Our delivery team can install furniture, crate fragile items, and hang art, wall decor, and mirrors, among other services. Clients won't need to stay during the installation, but the Designer will remain on-site until the installation is complete to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

As soon as the decor and installation are done, the designer brings the client back for a final reveal, our favorite part!

If you are working with a contractor that we partner with or one of your own, all the pieces must fit together harmoniously and provide a balanced result.

We can help you select paint colors, cabinetry styles, flooring, countertops, and other "hard finish" options. We start this phase as soon as building permits are issued for your construction plans.

We have a wide range of materials finishes based on style preference, pricing, and availability. Upon finalizing your finishes and getting your approval, we will give you documentation for your contractor to follow before purchasing and installing.

We should have the basic layout and design of the project in place during this phase. This will allow the feel, needs, scope, and challenges of the project to be communicated to all members of the design team.

But if you need additional assistance in choosing decorative lighting fixtures, we work with many lighting companies that offer a variety of choices that fit your home's style.

We work with a lighting professional to figure out what color, texture, form, and shadow can be used to produce the effect we need.

In this service, we visit you at home and guide you through the numerous choices when it comes to finding the right colors for you based on your own style preferences.

Depending on how many paint colors you need for your home, we help you narrow down your options and provide samples to make sure you like them. Still not sure?

We offer 3D rendering services that can help you see your space better.

In the design phase, the designer supervises the architectural design and construction efforts of all parties and trades, conducts market research and manages design reviews.

We can do specification approval, material purchase justifications for the interior portions, and follow that up with site visits to ensure the design specification and building codes are within their requirements. Before building begins, the project manager reviews proposals and bids from outside subcontractors and coordinates their efforts with construction crews.
