We purchased a vacation home in the mountains and we desperately needed some design assistance on it. In our case, the house came furnished, but what came with the property was not in line with the style and aesthetic we hoped to achieve.
We had a few factors that limited our options with working with a designer, including a compressed timeline, a limited budget, working remotely during COVID, and need to setup the house in support of short term rental traffic. We found that Kristin was willing and able to work with us on all of these challenges and set off on our journey together.
Kristin went above and beyond to help us stylize the house and get it ready for ski season rentals. She sourced and purchased a lot of what we needed and helped to get the house staged and ready to go.
We hope to do some more work as we move forward on some renovations and improvements to the house and we will be reaching back out to Kristin when we're ready!

Kristin is an excellent designer and great to work with. My company worked with her to design and furnish a luxury vacation rental and, despite a tight budget and timeline, she curated incredible spaces and got them fully staged in a timely manner. Her designs and execution were so good that we secured dozens of bookings and inquiries within hours of listing the home to rent, despite there not being a single review of the home. The rapid growth of the firm attests to our penchant for designing aesthetically beautiful yet wholly functional homes tailored to my clients’ styles. It’s not something you can just learn; it’s something that comes naturally. Having a vision and making it come to life is the best feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always owned my own design businesses from Nyc to London. After moving back to my home town of Austin I wanted to do the same here. I have two young children so owning my business allows me the time to balance my business life and my family life.
