Shelly was very helpful in her approach to a remodel in Minneapolis. We decided on what look we were going for. I was given several options down to the colors of the pillows. She lives in Hawaii which was a concern but with the renderings she had provided were exactly what came to fruition. My fiance and I were looking for ceiling fans to install in our condo. I asked my dad for a place to get fans and he suggested this place. I totally trust his judgment because he's in the construction business and quality means everything. He told me to stay away from Home Depot because those fans will break easily and won't last long. So first I went to Pacific Ceiling Fans with my dad to check out the products. First person we talked to was very helpful. He asked very detailed questions so that I could find something that would fit perfectly into our place. After looking at the inventory and getting ideas, I went to talk to my fiance about it.So I came back with my fiance another day. We had a different person this time, but he was also very helpful. I have to say the staff there is awesome. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We were set on these 3 fans, but we wanted to make sure that everything would fit. Blaine (our salesperson) said to definitely take our time and make sure that it would fit in our condo. So we went back home to make sure all the fans would match and fit perfectly. When we went back Blaine helped us again and gave us great advice regarding remotes and switches for the fans. Also told us the return policy was very relaxed there. If you find out when you get home that the color doesn't match or even if it doesn't fit properly, you can return it as long as you didn't cut the electrical wires. You can even leave it assembled and they are totally fine with that. If the fan motor dies, or need any help at all, he said to just call him or come in.The environment there is very welcoming and helpful. I'm very happy that we gave our business to a local company. We walked out with 3 fans and are very happy with our purchase.

I recently purchased my fourth Hawaiian rug and won't shop anywhere else except Indich Collection for several reasons. What first caught my attention was the unique designs that they have. I have purchased three of the Lily Beige because that rug makes me feel like I have a little slice of heaven and with one at home, one at my sister's home where I frequently visit, and one where I work, I always have a sense of comfort and being home. The second reason I chose to shop there is their unmatched customer service and work ethics. Each time I walk into the store, even if it's to day dream about a rug, they have been been there for me answering questions, folding back rugs so I could see them, and then giving me time to look at all they have at my pace or leisure. Justin has also helped me over the phone when I finally decide on one, even when it's been the same one. He's awesome. I like that they're responsible owners and care about the people who make the rugs. They don't use child labor, and they reached out to them when there was a natural disaster. I want to shop at and support companies like that and I'm loyal to a fault when I find one; no one else will get my business. Third is the quality and craftsmanship of their products. It's superb. I would rather save my money and get one quality rug that's going to last than to buy a half dozen cheaper ones. Their rugs will last a life time and are such a high quality that they will be passed down. I have one that I've had over a decade that is in the door entry and it still looks the same as the day I bought it. i have not been disappointed and have not had any regrets. Quite the opposite really, I have premium quality rugs from people that I believe in and want to associate with. When people comment or compliment my rugs, I always tell them where I got it and they won't find a better buying experience. Thank you Indich Collection Team!

The Customer service received from the owner Mark and his Assistant, Norma from day one was terrific!  Their communication with me from the time of order to the time of delivery was consistent. They have a nice selection of flooring.  Both my sister and I had selected the "Kauai" LVT for our condo renovations and it turned out beautiful.   It made our condos look and feel elegant.   When my personal flooring contractor had a minor installation issue, I called the company and both Mark and Norma got personally involved to make sure I was going to be completely satisfied with their product, even though it was not their installation issue.   Now that's customer service!Renovations can be stressful, so if you can find a flooring selection from them, combined with their genuine customer service, you'll be happy you went with them!
