What’s your interior design process?
We begin with a conversation about your project whereby we identify your goals, vision (where applicable) and our design process.
From there, we meet for our initial consultation to review the space so I may share initial ideas, floor plan suggestions and any architectural changes needed.
A contract is then drawn for the project work to be completed by Liza Nicole Interiors. Once agreed upon, we begin with a survey of the space (measurements) to create the appropriate drawings highlighting the new changes. Once floor plans are finalized, we begin working on the design schematic - everything from paint, custom furniture, lighting design, window treatments, finishes and fixtures. The design option(s) are then presented to our clients for final approval before ordering and beginning the work.
We work side-by-side with our contractor or client's preferred contractor to ensure plans are executed as desired.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Coastal, Transitional, Modern, Eclectic, Industrial, Farmhouse, Traditional, Mid-Century Modern are our preferred aesthetics.
What do you love most about your job?
Our clients! Each have souls and dreams that are unique, which should be reflected in your homes. The best part of my job is helping people showcase who they are, their story, through interior design.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Pure passion. I truly love what I do and being able to do so in an entrepreneurial fashion was my dream come true.
