Lotus Home Staging really saved the day when it came to selling our 2 high-end homes in Kailua. First off, we chose 2 stagers - one for each home. The home that Lotus staged, sold after 10 days on market. This home was new construction with high-end finishes and they did a beautiful job enhancing the relaxed, tropical style of the home as well as the views. Our other home had been on the market longer, and we moved into it after the other home sold. We de-staged the 2nd home and kept it on the market. We followed the design style and advice that Lotus gave us. It wasn't until then, that our 2nd home sold. They have an amazing eye for decor and did a beautiful job. I contacted Lotus Home when I was ready to put my townhouse unit on the market, and I am so thankful that I did! Â Kris & Misty were such a pleasure to work with. Â I rented some of their pieces and they also used some of my furniture. At first I was a little hesitant to use my old furniture, but boy, they did an amazing job with it! Â So many prospective buyers shared positive comments about the decor. Â The unit ended up selling well above the asking price, with multiple offers received even before the first open house. I am extremely pleased with the work that Lotus Home did on my Kailua project. I buy, fix and sell homes in Hawaii - sometimes my projects require an actual stager's touch so potential buyers can effectively visualize themselves in the home. This was one of those projects.Misty did a fantastic job really accentuating the beauty of the home's layout and finishings. It looks beautiful and all the comments so far from prospective buyers have been extremely positive. Kris & Misty came to give me suggestions for maximizing the space in my TINY living room. They showed me how moving a dearly loved but large Chinese cabinet out of the room would open up options for much more comfortable seating and conversation areas. They also made suggestions for improvements to the outdoor spaces. Great source of vendors and products. Although they didn't try to sell me anything, I soon replaced virtually all the living room furniture. I can finally entertain a few people comfortably.
