I checked out materials from many places. Believe me, I did my homework. I compared the product material's core, WPC (Wood Plastic Composit) or SPC (Stone Plastic Composit), its wear layer (very important to know) and product thickness. I looked at the big box stores, discount flooring outlets and even specialty flooring stores. None could compare to the product and price from Bamboo Flooring Hawaii. Mark was extremely easy to work with. I even ran short during the installation and I was able to get one more box the next day.It's always good to compare, so do your homework. I highly recommend doing business with Bamboo Flooring Hawaii.  I'm renovating my apartment and was looking to upgrade my flooring next. I checked out options at 4 different companies before I found BFH.  After I spent 15 minutes chatting with Mark Elwell, the owner, and Norma, I knew I was finished searching.  I liked the quality of their products, and I liked that they're a local business. WOW, what a great product!!! We just had the Hawaiian Style Koa Luxury Vinyl flooring installed a couple of months ago in our house and absolutely LOVE IT! It's beautiful, easy to care for, comfortable to walk on, has little to no maintenance required and stands up to heavy use and abuse without any signs of wear! And to top it off, it's beautiful and very rich looking. It really changed the whole look and feel of our home in a very positive way. Purchased luxury vinyl tile + moldings for our condominium from Hawaiian Style Flooring. Pricing was fair, the product was completely utilized (little to no broken pieces), and amazing customer service. The owner delivered the boxes himself! When we needed a couple more boxes to complete the job, he let me borrow his dolly! Definitely recommend their company. More...

The Customer service received from the owner Mark and his Assistant, Norma from day one was terrific!  Their communication with me from the time of order to the time of delivery was consistent. They have a nice selection of flooring.  Both my sister and I had selected the "Kauai" LVT for our condo renovations and it turned out beautiful.   It made our condos look and feel elegant.   When my personal flooring contractor had a minor installation issue, I called the company and both Mark and Norma got personally involved to make sure I was going to be completely satisfied with their product, even though it was not their installation issue.   Now that's customer service!Renovations can be stressful, so if you can find a flooring selection from them, combined with their genuine customer service, you'll be happy you went with them!
