Very happy I decided to shop here instead of big box store.  The quality of their products are the biggest reason to come here.  Manager Christian is very knowledgeable and helpful.  We were concerned with the moisture in our house and he showed us all the fans that were damp/wet rated and that were right for the size of our rooms.  I am not experienced in installing ceiling fans and now that the fans are up and running, I think about all the silly questions I was asking him, but he happily answered them the best he could.  You might be able to get slightly cheaper products at HD or Lowes, but they cant beat the quality and service at Pacific Ceiling Fans More...

We bought r replacement fans from here because u can mix and match finishes and light fixture. Great service and knowledgeable.  I would strongly suggest that if the fan is giving u problems u call them first.  They can probably identify the problem without uninstalling the fan and give easy instructions on what to do to resolve! These guys are great. Especially Blaine, who has been tireless in helping us.  We bought 1 oversized living room fan and  4 flush mount ceiling fans from them, one of which continued to have an issue.  We switched the fan out multiple times (at no additional cost to us, except for the independent installer) before we were able to determine the problem is probably not the fan but the ceiling where it's installed.  Even still Blaine offered to make it good for us by swapping the model out to something better suited at no charge.  There are so many retailers / contractors who operate from a "buyer beware" perspective, it is truly a pleasure to work with people and a company who stands by their customer! Really helpful and easy going.  I bought a fan that functions the best and would move the air the most........but really wanted one of the more desirable looking ones that were leaf blades or rattan blades.  I cannot believe that they cant make ceiling fans in this day and age that are better looking.  The service was wonderful, and the salesman was very informative of his in stock fans.  I will definitely be back to buy others for additional rooms in my house! Pacific Ceiling fans has good quality fans. Ask for Christian.  He understands the product and easily answered our questions. Make sure you ask about the speed and power of the ceiling fan. I love Pacific Ceiling fans.  I made the wise investment to purchase three god fans from Pacific Ceiling Fans nine years ago.  They continue to work and the couple times I needed one of them serviced they helped me get it back to new.  By the way do yourself a favor, by a good fan not a cheap fan.  You get what you pay for, you want it to move some air invest some money.  We saw Blaine today because one of our fans stated to make some noise.  He tested it fixed it and sent us home with some new blades!  Great service, great people and great products. Pacific Ceiling Fans is the bestest! I've been using them for over a dozen years now. Their fans are always awesome right out of the box (minimal to no balancing required). Their tech support in troubleshooting and resolving issues is spot on. Any repair costs are reasonably priced (especially when they don't charge for the labor). Pacific Ceiling Fans is Great and their staff are very knowledgeable. One of ceiling fans lights did not work and taking the base to Ceiling Fans they identified the problem a faulty capacitors and quickly replaced the bad item. Pacific Ceiling Fans in Aiea is my go-to boutique store for high quality, energy efficient, modern design ceiling fans. This store was was highly recommended by my contractor! I bought my fan here from Blaine years ago. In all that time this is the first I had any problems.I came in this morning because something blew and my lights weren't working. I was pleasantly surprised to see Blaine still working here. He and Richard took my fixture in the back and within minutes came out and told me problem fixed! I was ecstatic...quick and free, what more could I ask for?We went home, hooked it up and...uh-ohh, not quite right. Called Blaine and he said bring it back in with the remote. Apparently we have been using the wrong bulbs for years, who knew!? So back to Pacific Ceiling Fans we went.This time they did a little more investigating and noticed that one of the sockets didn't look right, no wonder that one bulb kept going out. Richard cleaned it out, put the right bulbs in and voila let there be light. Oh happy day! Off we went again this time, no charge, new light bulbs and a working light fixture, or so we thought. The light still wasn't working so we called Blaine... again, lol. He said it had to be the receiver. Third times the charm? Yes, and still no charge! Wow, what service! They said they felt bad all the times we had to come back but to me it was well worth it. Husband and I checked out this place on our previous landlord's recommendation. We had just moved into a new place with sucky ceiling fans. We really liked the fans at our old place and decided to get the same model for our new place: Patio Pro, which is rated for wet locations, perfect for Hawaii. We were not sure whether to get a remote or not, so we went with one to start out with; we will likely go back to some for the other ones. Customer service was great! Selection was pretty good! Great service.  They were very accommodating when I had to return my fans because my ceilings were lower than originally thought.  Their recommended installer, Carlos, was always prompt and accommodating.  He let me know when he was going to be there, and showed on time.  Their prices are competitive, and they have excellent customer service.  4 vs 5 stars because it took a few weeks for them to order the fans I requested that were not in stock.  It looks like that's because they were waiting to order in bulk; however, I did not have that information passed to me, so I checked in person to see if they'd arrived, and they had yet to be ordered.  Other than that, my experience with them was top notch. What better place to buy a ceiling fan than a place that specializes and sells only ceiling fans!!!!!!!There's reserved parking for their customers right in front. I am thankful that someone have referred me to this place.  I've checked out Home Depot & City Mill for fans and both places did not have much selections and available knowledgeable sales rep. I did not check out Lowe's because my experience with them have been horrible.  The service at Pacific Ceiling Fans was exceptional. Richard was my sales rep.  He knew the products and was able to help narrow my selections for me.  He suggested different options.  He was very patient with me as I was having a hard time deciding what fan was best for my living room and bedroom.  I ended up purshasing couple fans and spending $100 more than what I budgeting for.  However I didn't mind spending a little more because of the service I received.  Furthermore, both fans I purchased came with lifetime warranty and LED 3yr warranty.  If I have any problem with the fans, I could always contact them and I will not need to contact the manufacturer directly!  A big plus!  Excellent customer service!  A business that stands behind their products and customers! My husband wanted to window shop for ceiling fans after I have mentioned we will need ceiling fans for our kids next year. That it would be nice to buy it maybe black Friday or even after December when inventory is all high and they'll need to get rid of it. He took me to another place across the parking lot of this store. "Ohhh boy" I thought. Can't afford anything there. And options were very low. Not to mention the lady was so friendly I couldn't get out fast enough. (Not friendly, pushy) so we left. He wanted to go to fabric mart. Then, we saw this store. Wow, fate led us there. We decided to go in and check it out. Staff, SO FRIENDLY that makes you feel at home. Not pushy. Said we were only window shopping. Still, wanted to show us around and options if we ever consider buying. My husband, mister "I want to ask about everything!" Asked what I would say a million questions. Which is very good. But they have a very large selection of modern fans and options that I felt there's no need to look anywhere else. I like their selections better than home depot and lowes to be honest. I decided to buy. After so much time there, and mentioning that I just made it to middle income class. He laughed and gave us a deal. To be honest, it's a little cheaper than the fan we bought that was on sale and military discount at home depot. THAT'S A STEAL!!!! Of course if that's the case. We'll take 2 please!!!! We will be back for it living room fan. FOR SURE!!! I recommend it here cuz not only because it's very decent prices. But they carry a very nice selection as well. I wasn't asked to write a review. In Hawaii, ceiling fans are important. Go to people who specialize in ceiling fans for the best advice for your needs.Our home in Enchanted Lake gets SO hot. We had ceiling fans in the bedrooms but none in the living areas. We have purchased all of our ceilings fans from Pacific Ceiling Fans. Some from the old Ward location, a couple from the existing Aiea location.We had the first few installed by electricians we had doing other work. Just recently we used one of their recommended installers, Dr. Rob. All he does is install and repair ceiling fans, and he has stories about the fans people buy from Home Depot and Lowes. They often are beyond repair, but the ones from Pacific Ceiling Fan can be easily repaired with a new part (or sometimes even less). We've had good luck and good service with PCF so far. The only reason I'm shorting them a star is because they didn't have the fan we wanted in stock so we had to wait 3 weeks. But I'm sitting under a great, new, working ceiling fan now :) More...

If you are looking for ceiling fans go see these guys. Don't  mess around with those unknown brands at the big box stores or buy online. Buy from pacific ceiling fans.  They have a very nice selection on site and have access to any style of fan you may be looking for. They've  been in the business a very long time and are great. Almost 28 years or so ago we purchased two hunter ceiling fans from them for our first home.  Both worked great. No problems. The fans last forever. Then 20 years ago we purchased two Hunter ceiling fans from them for our current home. Both are still going strong today. Still very quiet, even at high speed. Absolutely no problems. In the last couple of years we purchased two Minka fans from them. We are die hard Hunter brand fans but the Minka fans are great and working fine. Glad to have all these fans in our house especially during the summer months. Recently one of the minkas needed repair. We called and spoke to Blaine. Blaine knew what the problem was. We took the fan in and they fixed on the spot. Excellent customer service. We will be installing  a remote control on one of the old Hunter fans. We've had that fan for so long We don't think remote controls were invented back then! These guys have all the stuff we needed for our remote control install project. Great company. Really great service.  Once of the fans we bought had a burning smell, took it back.  They immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly.  Also, we broke one of the glass pieces to the fan.  We wanted to buy the replacement from them, but due to the problem with the fan they comped us the part no problem.  Great service and products.  Definitely get what you pay for at this establishment.  I really enjoyed how we put the fan up and it needed no adjustment to the fan blades for balance. My fiance and I were looking for ceiling fans to install in our condo. I asked my dad for a place to get fans and he suggested this place. I totally trust his judgment because he's in the construction business and quality means everything. He told me to stay away from Home Depot because those fans will break easily and won't last long. So first I went to Pacific Ceiling Fans with my dad to check out the products. First person we talked to was very helpful. He asked very detailed questions so that I could find something that would fit perfectly into our place. After looking at the inventory and getting ideas, I went to talk to my fiance about it.So I came back with my fiance another day. We had a different person this time, but he was also very helpful. I have to say the staff there is awesome. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We were set on these 3 fans, but we wanted to make sure that everything would fit. Blaine (our salesperson) said to definitely take our time and make sure that it would fit in our condo. So we went back home to make sure all the fans would match and fit perfectly. When we went back Blaine helped us again and gave us great advice regarding remotes and switches for the fans. Also told us the return policy was very relaxed there. If you find out when you get home that the color doesn't match or even if it doesn't fit properly, you can return it as long as you didn't cut the electrical wires. You can even leave it assembled and they are totally fine with that. If the fan motor dies, or need any help at all, he said to just call him or come in.The environment there is very welcoming and helpful. I'm very happy that we gave our business to a local company.
