What do you love most about your job?

I really enjoy helping people. I started doing this type of work in 2001 when I began training with a traditional Hawaiian healer. From there I set about learning everything that I could about the mind and how it works, training in many different hypnotherapy and other talk therapy schools. I really enjoy working with and helping people. It gives me great pleasure to help release people from fear, pain, and discomfort.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am able to reach and help more people all over the world.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have worked with many people around the world. My clients tend to be adults; and while I’m happy to help in any way needed, people tend to come to me for help with insomnia, anxiety, and phobias. However, I also have experience helping people with weight loss, smoking cessation, depression, even those who wanted help with focus and motivation – often around sports and hobbies. Some are professionals, some are business executives, some are in the movie industry. It gives me a lot of pleasure to help release people from fear, pain, and discomfort, no matter their walk of life. Some of my recent clients were suffering with insomnia (racing thoughts preventing sleep, waking up in the middle of the night), anxiety (social anxiety, fear of public speaking, stage fright, work), and phobias (spiders, driving, needles).

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I do offer my services remotely. We’ll have a chat on the phone, where we can talk about what you would like help with, and we’ll discuss how many sessions I think you may need. I’m more than happy to set up a free consultation with you where we can take a few minutes to talk about what your goals and objectives are, and I can answer any questions you may have.
Using a unique combination of NLP and Hypnotherapy we can reduce the feelings of fear, pain, and discomfort almost immediately, usually in just a few sessions.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

At this time, all of my sessions are online, remote.

Hypnotherapy FAQs

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the hypnotherapist holds.

Your professional hypnotherapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted hypnotherapist today.

Firstly, you'll have a conversation with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. Afterwards, the hypnotherapist may lead you into a deeply relaxed state using agreed methods to help you towards your goals. For example, suggesting that you don't want to carry out a certain habit gradually bring you out of the trance.

You are fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don't want to. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. Most people expect to be put to sleep or to forget what happened afterwards but the opposite is true. You're fully aware the whole time of what is happening.

This is dependent on both your hypnotherapist and your circumstances. One-off services such as smoking cessation or gastric band hypnotherapy can last around two hours, while a general hypnotherapy session will usually take about an hour.

The duration of therapy will really be dependent on your circumstances and issues. Some people may require a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions. Your hypnotherapist will let you know how many sessions they feel you might need when you start therapy and will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or extending the number of sessions according to your progress and needs.

There are currently no guidelines in place stipulating the training and qualifications a hypnotherapist must have in order to practice. Industry guidelines recommend that individuals should have completed at least an appropriate diploma or have completed a course that involved a minimum of 450 learning hours, of which 120 hours must have been face-to-face.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their hypnotherapy services.

Hypnotherapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with anxiety, depression, anxiety, PTSD, obesity, addictions, fear of flying, public speaking, stopping smoking, insomnia, weight loss amongst others. When combined with methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), valuable healing work can begin as quickly as one or two sessions.

You might be surprised to hear that hypnotherapy can be delivered remotely over the phone, through an online video chat platform, or with pre-recorded sessions sent by email.
