I was inspired by the hurt and pain I begin to see in leaders in ministry, executives, hiring managers and of course family and friends. When you look around and cannot find your way in the dark, you cry out for help. God sends the help needed to assist in bringing balance and peace out of confusion. When God sends the help we should not be turn and run. We should stand firm and hear God as He speaks.
New Direction Christian Counseling Center was not founded because I wanted to just charge high fees for 55 minutes and get rich, I have a call upon my life from God to assist the hurting and to help anyone who cannot find their way. I have a set fee and a sliding scale, I do not believe life happens in 55 minutes, therefore a session may run pass 55 minutes and your fee may still be the same. Life happens to all of us.We should understand what it is like to walk in darkness and then reach back to others.
