Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered in your journey toward healing. I specialize in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and schizoaffective disorder. My approach is both professional and personal—I combine clinical training with lived experience, which allows me to truly understand the struggles my clients face. Together, we’ll create a plan that not only addresses immediate needs but also builds a foundation for long-term wellness. I also help connect clients with resources like housing, employment, and education, because I believe recovery should focus on the whole person. I hold credentials as a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW), Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI), Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS), Certified Interventionist, and Event Interventionist. Beyond therapy, I’m committed to reducing the stigma around mental health and advocating for a community where everyone feels supported. Above all, I believe in the strength of the human spirit and every person’s ability to change and grow. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, guidance, and encouragement as you work toward your goals.

What do you love most about your job?

I want to share why being a mentor, therapist, counselor, certified recovery peer specialist, interventionist, recovery coach, or eating disorder specialist—or whatever role I play in your life—is something I truly cherish. This work isn’t just about imparting knowledge; it’s about fostering growth, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact on your journey.

Being a certified recovery peer specialist allows me to give back. I’ve had mentors who guided and believed in me throughout my own journey, and now I have the privilege to pay it forward, sharing the wisdom and experiences I’ve gained.

Mentoring is a two-way street—a symbiotic relationship where both mentor and mentee learn and grow. Each interaction challenges me to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to different situations, making it a continuous process of learning and self-improvement.

The reward of witnessing your transformation and progress fills me with pride and fulfillment. Helping you overcome challenges, achieve your goals, or discover your passion is immensely gratifying. Knowing I’ve played a part, however small, in your success is truly humbling.

Being in this role brings me immense joy. The bonds we form, the memories we create, and the moments of growth and celebration enrich my life in ways I never imagined. Making a positive difference in your life gives me a profound sense of purpose and happiness.

In conclusion, being a therapist, counselor, certified recovery peer specialist, or whatever role I play in your life is not just something I like; it’s something I love. It’s a privilege, a responsibility, and a joy that I wouldn’t trade for anything

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own practice because I wanted to create a space where I could fully focus on my clients and their unique needs. My goal was to build a practice centered on stability, wellness, and strength, where balance, hope, and understanding are at the forefront. I wanted to foster an environment that instills confidence, offers encouragement, and prioritizes each client’s personal journey

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because I offer a unique blend of patience, empathy, and support, paired with deep understanding. My professional knowledge, combined with personal experience, allows me to connect on a meaningful level and provide exceptional care tailored to each client’s needs
