I have experience with the majority of illnesses and issues that people face today, including grief, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, and any mental illness. My colleagues and clients describe me as kind, collaborative, easy to talk with, down-to-earth, and expert in providing therapy and supervision of therapists.

I have a passion for helping people and life coaching. We all deserve to follow our joy….my job is to help you find your unique path in that direction and walk it with confidence and authenticity! My background is in medicine, I practiced for 30 years as a physical therapist with a neurology specialty. I began to study and teach the mind/body connection and felt drawn to addressing the mind.
