What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy providing support, insight, and skills to people who are struggling with emotional or behavioral issues. Therapy is a powerful tool to help people cope and resolve painful issues and I have seen many clients become stronger and happier and it is really special to me to be able to contribute to that,
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in public service throughout my career in community mental health overseeing programs, starting new programs, supervising staff, and overseeing administrative tasks. After 30 years of this work, I am really excited to open my own practice and return to the work that I truly love in providing direct care to people in distress.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think that therapists with more experience who have worked in multiple setting with many different clients and issues are well-rounded and have a store of knowledge and skill that has been refined over time. I am prepared to address any issues that arise in therapy and I have had the great fortune of being a part of the broader psychology community where the most updated evidence-based practices originate and are implemented.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am providing services on-line from the comfort of your home or anywhere that is private for you. All you need is internet and a computer, smart phone, or tablet!
