There aren't enough words to express how mouthwatering and flavorful the food is or how excellent their customer service is. I reached out to a Spring group page for suggestions for the best mac & cheese in the area. I received a handful of suggestions, reached out to the 2 closest to us, and received an timely response from Loise (kitchen manager) that same day. I needed a few trays of food for a small bday get together and she had all the answers to my questions and more. Not only did she take the time to call me with information but knowledgeably made suggestions and recommendations. We ordered chopped brisket, mac & cheese, & sausage. Loise kindly volunteered to throw in a tray of baked beans for the bday boy, on the house. She went above and beyond to make sure we thought the amounts out properly to avoid from running out of food, she and her son loaded everything in my vehicle when I arrived for pick up and they threw in all the sides you can think of: freshly sliced onions, pickles, tons of their delicious bbq sauce, and even spoons and forks! There is so much in all of this that she did not have to do but did so with a huge smile on her face and with such a kind, happy spirit. She made my day before the celebration even began. We received TONS of compliments on the food - everything was DELICIOUS! The mac and cheese is out of this world! I highly recommend this establishment and plan on going back time and time again.

I decided to treat myself to a delightful Easter brunch. I ordered last night from the amazing @CheeseandChocolateQueen. She's a new small business in the Spring Area and I gotta say, her attention to detail is great. I especially love the sprig of Rosemary. The Rosè was so good and the Dill dip with the cucumbers was delicious! I plan to order again soon! Hello everyone! I just wanted to write a review about Italian Cafe because it was that good! Walking in, my family and I didn't think much of it but the food and service were great! There were only two other tables seated but everythng was very prompt, it was hot and fresh, great quality and all for a good price. My mom's favorite Italian restaurant has been replaced by Italian Cafe! This is my and my husband's new favorite place as well. They have done a really good job.

We are creative, unique in our approach and always pay specific attention to detail when working with every client. Many of our clients are referrals from others, and each and every one will comment on the personalized and caring approach that we take into offering all of our clients the best quality and value for money packages that we can. We also have developed knowledge and understanding of diet, nutrition and health, having previously worked with the Global Company, Eurodiet. This can be implemented into any type of menu with specific dietary needs, such as gluten free, Vegan, Kosher, Halal etc.
After sending a few sample menus out to our potential client within our initial discussion, we would usually phone the client, and listen carefully to their requirements, ideas and thoughts surrounding their special event.
We will then offer to meet with the client within their own home or at our premises based in North Houston, and offer a complimentary tasting from a range of menu choices dependent on budget and theme if applicable. We also then offer a number of extra services that can be included in the final price, but these are not essential and can be added or removed by the client at their wish.
We are proud to have worked with a huge range of clients across the globe during our time in the Hospitality industry.
We have worked with private clients within their homes, to members of the general public at large national and international events, and even have had the privilege of working with Global Royal Family members.
All of our clients are individually important to us and our complete focus of everything that we do. The unique and individualized nature of this industry allows us to work with such a diverse and exciting number of events and clients, and no day is identical to one another. This keeps life interesting!
After spending so many years developing individual businesses for others, either through restaurant management training programs, menu development or sales and marketing, we decided that this was something we wanted to try for ourselves. We had an opportunity to move to Houston, and to develop our skills and life here, and we've honestly never looked back!
We truly care about our clients as if they were family. We want them to have the best event possible, regardless of size or budget. We love getting to know our clients when developing menus and suggestions for them, and to see everything executed at the end, and to have them smiling and happy is all we can ever wish for!
