For this place to be a food truck I love it. The owner and the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family. I take it there from Louisiana and I love it every time I go to Louisiana. The food portion is awesome and the flavor of the food is to die for. I was disappointed because I went today and they were not open but I'll be back. I really love the Cajun turkey I had so much flavor. I love the location and my food is always fresh. What you see on the menu is what you get the food actually looks like the picture. One time I came to get them and I got a free meal. I was having a bad day and that was such a blessing. I will always consider them when I am looking for good food. Thank you for continually being located at the H-E-B store parking lot where I go almost every day. My niece was craving a baked potato, &amp; this was the only place open, close, &amp; still had baked potatoes. I am soooo happy we tried it! Best brisket stuffed baked potato. While I'm in Texas I wanted some barbecue. I ordered from here. It was a nice, clean and Sade delivery and they followed instructions. I ordered the Boudin and baked potato loaded with ribs and all of the toppings (except bacon) and it was good, could have been a bit more seasoning but it wasn't that big of a dear . The Boudin was smoked very well with a bit of spicy kick to it. The ribs on the potato (you have a choice of the meat you want) was actual full meaty rib. It was quite a surprise and very good. People from Louisiana should stick to making crawfish and other Cajun food and leave making barbecue the Texans. The reason we stop there was because we were on our way back from our 5 Star Barbecue Place  the Corkscrew in old town Spring that was close. We were coming up 2920 on our way to the chocolate factory in tomball but decided to give this place to try. First of all when I asked the kid that was taking my order that I wanted to barbecue sandwiches moist with the bark off he looked at me like I was ordering a tree. Yeah asked me if I wanted pickles and onions and I said yes. When we got home with our order we were horribly surprised that they called us barbecue. The bark had been left on and it was very hard like it had been over cook as a matter fact the brisket itself had a stringing consistency and it was tough and I had made or cut the slices stick which made it really hard to chew. Also when you open the wrapping the onions and the pickles have been set on the outside of the bun  rather than in the sandwich or wrap in in aluminum foil separately. I have participated in a lot of cook off such as the Houston livestock show and rodeo Houston international film Festival and many more and have even taken first place and brisket so this is not my first rodeo or my first brisket sandwich. We've ate from this place several times...the baked potato with brisket meat is usually on point. However, the last time we ordered, something tasted very off about the two baked potatoes we received. Since our favorite barbecue place was sold out or shut down which is a Corkscrew in old town Spring we decided to come back up 2020 yelp pulled up barbecue places along the way and we came across this Paul Paul Chico barbecue that had a five star rating. All those five stars must've been given to them by their neighbors and relatives because that's the sorriest barbecue that I've ever eating. I'm a native Houstonian and I participated in a number of barbecue cook off's at the Houston livestock show and rodeo and had also cook barbecue for the Houston international film Festival and I myself have taken first place in brisket. I'll order two brisket sandwiches are you question them to be moist with the bark off. I got home and the first bite I took they had left the bark on and it was burnt I have three or four slices on a bun and then they drowned the meat in barbecue sauce. I think Cajun people should stick to boiling crawfish in at two Faye and let Texans take care of barbecue brisket ribs and all the traditional fixings just barbecue just barely rate backyard cook. I'm a huge fan of smoked sausage.. . or any kind... but the taste and texture of theirs probably ruined me for others. My husband is very particular about potato salad and beans because his mom makes the best (I don't even try) but he was in heaven with both!! There aren't enough words to express how mouthwatering and flavorful the food is or how excellent their customer service is. I reached out to a Spring group page for suggestions for the best mac &amp; cheese in the area. I received a handful of suggestions, reached out to the 2 closest to us, and received an timely response from Loise (kitchen manager) that same day. I needed a few trays of food for a small bday get together and she had all the answers to my questions and more. Not only did she take the time to call me with information but knowledgeably made suggestions and recommendations. We ordered chopped brisket, mac &amp; cheese, &amp; sausage. Loise kindly volunteered to throw in a tray of baked beans for the bday boy, on the house. She went above and beyond to make sure we thought the amounts out properly to avoid from running out of food, she and her son loaded everything in my vehicle when I arrived for pick up and they threw in all the sides you can think of: freshly sliced onions, pickles, tons of their delicious bbq sauce, and even spoons and forks! There is so much in all of this that she did not have to do but did so with a huge smile on her face and with such a kind, happy spirit. She made my day before the celebration even began.
