What’s your signature dish?

Gourmet Loaded Baked Potatoes. Which is really how I started my culinary journey.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

Having that 1 on 1 time with the client and truly understand their vision. Once I get the needed information I then craft up a couple mock menus for my client and allow them to choose either 1 or we can build a new 1 from the 2 mock menus.

What do you love most about your job?

I love meeting new people and traveling. Learning and creating new dishes, seeing the smile and satisfaction on my clients face.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Honestly watching my mom build her childcare center from the ground up as a kid I always knew i wanted to start my own business. I got a degree in business management so i could master the ins and outs of managing my own business so i can always operate my business correctly and with integrity.

Why should our clients choose you?

Choosing me is choosing an experience. Every event is treated with grace and is my number 1 priority. My client will always have access to Chef Nisha and will only be catered by Chef. I'm out going and have additions that clients can add to private dining packages like; Karaoke, Hookah, Bartending, cooking sessions and much much more.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Sanitation and my clients health is always my first priority. All my utensils are washed and sanitized using the 3 point health department was system. I sanitize my cooking and prep areas before I begin each session. I come with gloves and mask ensuring that there's no cross contamination
