We’re excited to have found Loaded by Nisha through mutual friends. We recently used her services for a brunch at our home. She designed a beautiful platter with fruit boats and pineapple crowns on site to enhance our event colors. Her electric chafers kept the salmon, lamb chops, bacon, sausages, carrots, and eggs the right temperature. Gouda grits along with chicken biscuits were also stars of our gathering. Let me preface this by saying that I throw an annual Christmas party for my closest and dearest friends, and they can be a "tough crowd. " I have used caterers for this party in the past as well as for other celebrations and I can say without hesitation or any qualifiers that Loaded by Nisha LLC is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST catering service I have ever hired! Starting with planning the menu, she goes above and beyond to assist with making the best menu for your event to accommodate different tastes and diet preferences. She is a true professional and it shows right from the beginning as she offers invaluable advice and suggestions based on her expertise. My guests were so blown away by not just the presentation (which was awesome!) but every single dish (eVeRy single one) was so incredibly delicious. There was not one dish that my guests didn't want seconds of. Ms. Nisha and her amazing staff arrived right on time and got to work straight away turning my kitchen into a 5-star restaurant. From start to finish Ms. Nisha and her staff were professional, engaging and delightfully accommodating to all of my guests. Nisha catered an amazing spread for a party I attended. She and her crew were professional and added so much to the event. There was truly no dish that wasn’t brag worthy, but if I had to shout out for the stand out items, they’d be her lamb chops, salmon, and mac n cheese. And the caramel cake was to die for!! I booked loaded by Nisha for a private breakfast and it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had! Her service is top notch! She is insured that our food was delivered warm and the butter for our lobsters were still perfect! You could tell everything was prepared fresh and specifically for our menu. She even mad the dietary needs of each person by preparing their meal separately and packaging it separately from the others. The taste! We wanted more even though we were stuffed! The flavors in our butter sauce left your mouth watering and the parfait and cookie butter was so decadent! The lobster was tender and not overcooked or chewy it was perfect! I would book Nisha again! She was patient with the planning but process and executed the menu perfectly! Chef Nisha is nothing short of amazing! I contacted her in 2023 about my wedding in 2024. She was responsive and super nice. Throughout 2024 she would text me just to reach out. We had a zoom meeting and a final phone call the day before my wedding. The food was an absolute hit! Everyone loved it. She even cut the cake up to be distributed... my venue didn't have one to do so...with no questions asked. I would recommend Chef Nisha to anyone looking for catering. Omg these potatoes slayed me! I enjoyed the UnderDSea potato. The shrimp and crawfish were cooked to perfection. If you are looking for a filling and tasty meal definitely try these potatoes.

I went to an event where she was the chef and I had some of the best oxtails I’ve ever had before in my 34 years of life! Some of the side dishes were on the spicy side and normally don’t eat spicy food but hers was amazing and I went back for more lol if I ever host an event I would definitely be hiring her to be the chef for sure.

Chef nisha is a spectacular chef. I had the pleasure of trying a few her dishes, she has catered a few events for my family, and she’s a phenomenal woman. Her FOOD is AMAZING, she’s always done different meals. The very first meal I tried from her was a loaded baked potato! Loved it I believe I had a seafood and southwest style one, HITS!
