What’s your signature dish?
Seafood Lasagna, Smothered Meatballs, Glazed Salmon are a few popular request. Stuffed Shrimp with Cajun Rice and Garlic Greens is my most requested meal.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to schedule an introductory intake call with a potential client. During the call we discuss food preferences, budget and other details.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking. I am a highly creative person that likes to add my own flare to traditional dishes. I've been cooking for over 30 years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Empowerment is the word I would use to explain it. Loving what I do and the ability to teach others the trade, while servicing my community, is a major reason I started this business. I like to give back tot he community.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a person that is passionate about what I do. I like to see the smiles of others as they realize their dreams are coming to life, whether it is a party, wedding, funeral, etc. I get a feeling of satisfaction and reward, knowing that my clients are satisfied and I was able to help them create precious memories. I feel that great food should be a great experience!!

I have clients that aren't local that order meals via mail.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always practice proper sanitation practices. If requested, myself and staff will wear face coverings, gloves and practice social distancing.

I will deliver a amazing food that will delight you and your guests. It will be the topic of conversation for weeks even months on end.
I prepare dishes from different cuisines such as Mexican, Creole/Cajun, Soul food, Italian and American fare. I can prepare meal service for a party of one to a party of 200, from appetizers to dessert.
Each meal that I prepare is made with passion. I love taking traditional dishes and adding my own flare.
