The Rogue Chef(s) were beyond phenomenal, in helping me celebrate my dear husband. We were blessed with a newborn, just 11 days before my hub’s bday, and as any parent knows, the last few months was all about preparing for baby. I wanted to ensure my sweet husband wasn’t forgotten about and reminded how much he means to me, how deeply loved and appreciated he is. Jeff and Dana prepared and served us, the most perfect prime rib, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, roasted veggies, and not one, but two spectacular desserts! We had Chef make lunch for two days for a class I taught in Springfield, a group of 38 people. Mind you, these students were race car builders but I wanted them to have a really good homemade lunch. Rogue Chef delivered and then some. WOW. I wish I could take this guy on the road with me. Needless to say, he did an awesome job. I told him to pick his favorite comfort food, gave him my budget, and that was it. No other worries, he showed up on time and set up our buffet line without being noticed. Miss Emma's Mac-n-Cheese - This unique treat is made from 6 Premium Cheeses, Speciality Spices, and Cellentani Noodles. It is a client favorite, served as a side or as an entree topped with BBQ pulled pork, grilled chicken, or smoked prime rib.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talk to the clients directly and listen to their food tastes and desires. Then I create a menu to satisfy their tastebuds. All menu changes, additions, and deletions are determined by the client.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking unique meals for individuals and groups. My job is never boring because I get to treat clients with the best foods and flavors on the planet.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to treat people to unique tastes they will enjoy. Other jobs are the same food or a particular menu. My food is any food the client can imagine. I will make it taste delicious.
