What’s your signature dish?

I can't really answer this question with only one dish.it's like asking me which one of my kids I love the best.We have many that people rave about,like our Angus Beef Tri- Tip,which we marinate in Burgundy wine and roast with 10 different spices,our Wild caught Salmon with a Mediterranean lobster Bisque sauce, our Butternut squash spiced Risotto, our Giant Mediterranean spicy beans,our Souvlakia with chicken and with Lamb/Beef and our Grass fed Lamb Roast,slowly cooked with rosemary and thyme,just to name a few.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

The most important thing is to listen to the customer and not because you want to sell them what you want but because you have to offer them what they need.We take many factors into consideration,like dietary needs,likes and dislikes,the time of the year the event is taking place,the budget they have and how many people will attend the event.We give our customers the option to custom make their own menus and we are very flexible and accommodating when it comes to changing dishes.

What do you love most about your job?

What we love more about our job is that we make people happy!
We go over the top for our customers in order to ensure that they will get the best experience,the best quality food and that they will hire us again for their next catering event.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been in the food industry since I was 15 years old.Started of as a waitress,hostess and then I decided to study Hospitality and Tourism Management in Greece.I learned to speak 4 languages and worked in many hotels all over Europe.Then we came to the United States and I also worked for 5 years in high end restaurants so I know this industry very well having been in it for more than 23 years.I believe that food brings people together and truth is that good food means happy employees,happy guests and successful events.Both my team and I strive everyday to deliver high quality food with very competitive prices all over the Peninsula and the Bay.
