What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing people and organizations grow! I love to look back on a job and see the before and after. I love to help people grow as people and how that affects the organization. I love solving issues.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am always amazed at how quickly people today just "give up". I NEVER give up. I figure it out.

Over more than 30 years of this discipline, I am now programmed, trained, and expected to "Figure it out!". It's what I do.
It's extremely rare that we cannot figure it out. It has happened, but we can no longer count how many times that we figured it out. Personally, I think the times that I couldn't figure it out are still under ten. With a growing network of consulting experts, staff, marriage and three kids - maybe just a few more more.

With these skill-sets - and many other learned: "figure it out" concepts, we have more than a 30 year history and inventory of counselling, entrepreneurism, founding, partnering, executive managing, licensing, training, mentoring, sales, seasoned professionalism, board members, volunteers, counselors, coaches, speakers, trainers, leaders, advocates, guides, sponsors and listeners.
