I've had a camera in my hand my entire life! A good photographer can take your picture, but a great photographer can capture your personality, and thats a big difference in how the pictures turn out. I enjoy taking photos that make people feel good about themselves. I shoot digital, but I prefer shooting film- if thats something you're interested in, please let me know and we can do a combination of film and digital or just film!

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?

A good photographer can take your picture, but a great photographer can capture your personality, and thats a huge difference in how the photo turns out. I enjoy taking photos that are human, consistent, flattering and make people feel good about themselves.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

Anyone who's looking for a photographer will probably have some ideas of what they want their project to look and feel like. I would suggest using a photographer's portfolio as a gauge to see if that lines up with your expectations. So firstly I would ask, what's the most important result of the shoot? Clearly communicating your expectations will help me deliver exactly what you want!

What do you love most about your job?

I love working with people who have all types of experience shooting photographs. Each client with different experience levels provides a different kind of satisfaction. For example, someone who has never shot professional photos will be enamored by everything you do! On the other hand, its great working with an experienced client who can push you to take risks during the session and get really different pictures. But it's always the people, for me.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've just been shooting for 20 years and can't stop.

Why should our clients choose you?

Well, I definitely have quite a bit of experience versus many of my peers, for starters. But, I think the real reason you would want to work with me is that I deliver great photos consistently. Anyone can capture a great photo with a little luck, but it takes a seasoned pro to be creative AND consistent.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I can shoot some remote product work, but I do not have my prices online for tabletop work as it is far more involved.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

If anyone has any preferences on this, I'm happy to talk about it and accommodate.
