My 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed her class and has been asking to go back ever since. It's tough to find good drop off options in Seattle so I am really happy to find one that's so close to us in Bitter Lake, North Seattle. Grace is wonderful, patient and has such great lesson plans to engage the children. I'm looking forward to more sessions and can't wait to see what else my daughter will be creating. Will also want to send my younger one when she is old enough. She was definitely disappointed that her older sister got to have so much fun and she missed out cos she is only 1!

We had Glitterbuggie at our son's 1st birthday party and she was amazing! Her facepainting and balloon figures were wonderful! Kids were so so happy and they loved those. She also did a magic show which was very good, I guess little older kids figured out how she was doing those tricks but the younger ones were thoroughly amazed. Lastly, she is such a sweet and kind lady! Highly recommend her!

Audiences love Louie Foxx’s One-Man Side Show and you will too! Howie Mandel called Louie’s performance on NBC’s America’s Got Talent “Fantastic” and the International Brotherhood of Magicians said Louie is “Incredible". The One-Man Side Show is full of unique magic tricks and skills. Whether making the audience gasp in disbelief as he wraps his head in duct tape to play a game of 20 questions, or making the audience roll with laughter as he tries to cut a banana in half with a bullwhip you can rest assured this is a magic show unlike any other!

✨ MAGIC! MYSTERY! MAYHEM! ✨ Let’s make some real magic happen. I don’t just perform tricks—I deliver jaw-dropping experiences that get people talking. Think fast-paced illusions, hilarious mind games, and mental feats that leave audiences stunned. ⚡Important Note: BARK charges magicians just to respond, even if we don’t book—so please note my small performances, (private home parties for less than 10 people) start at $250 an hour. An average home party is between $350 and $500. My performance price increases based on time of day, length of performance, the type of event (i.e. private vs. commercial), date of performance, and crowd size. Commercial events, (e.g. trade shows, corporate holiday events) fall within industry-standard rates, and I always work to give you the best value. Don’t settle for forgettable—book the kind of entertainment people will rave about long after the night is over. From intimate house parties to lively corporate events, I offer: ✨Walk-around & table-hopping magic ✨Parlor & small-stage performances ✨Original mentalism & mind-reading ✨Spooky shows (perfect for Halloween!) ✨Although I don’t perform kids’ birthday parties, my shows are family friendly, and children are more than welcome. Let’s create some magic together. Doug Magic Sparkes
As long as I can remember. My first show was when I was six and the moms were impressed! It took a while for the magic seed to grow, but now that I'm retired from my corporate career, I'm constantly practicing, creating, and performing magic regularly.
Of course I love big stage shows, but my favorite performances are for groups less than 30 people. I really enjoy preshow / walk around performance too. It allows me to meet my guests individually and get a clear sense of what they enjoy from magic. I'm not your typical magician in that I do not perform a lot of standard card tricks. I try to create my own variations and my own effects. For example, I love movies, so many of my effects use classic movie posters. Much of what I do is comedy mind reading and mental manipulation. It's all-in good fun, good taste and it is a great family show, but the comedy mind reading is usually better appreciated by a more mature audience.
Deep, genuine connections with others! Magic is medicine! I cannot begin to count the number of times I have seen magic "magically" help people forget their troubles and worries. That's the real magic. Of course, I cannot promise or say magic will cure what truly ails you, but I do know firsthand people often feel better after catching my show. Connecting, entertaining, mystifying and making people laugh is what I love the most about performing.
After 37 years of having a successful career for a world renown corporation, I retired, (okay, okay, the truth is I quit ... shh). But here's the thing - I don't ever want to retire! Additionally, I am still dealing with cancer, but I plan to live forever (so far so good). During my struggle with cancer, I realized it's not so much that we only live once ... but that we only die once. The difference being, we get to live today, and every day for the rest of our lives, but are most of us really living? Are we really making every day count? To that point, I enjoy and hope to entertain and connect with others with the music of magic and laughter (not literal music of course, but the idea of music if magic and laughter were music ... Um... yeah, that's just how my mind works). Entertaining others with magic helps me connect and gives me a sense of living every day to the fullest ... And on that note, I find I'm happier when I help people laugh and enjoy themselves (so maybe I do magic for selfish reasons HA!)
I treat every performance as though I were auditioning for America's Got Takent. My goal is to give you more than your money's worth. My success skyrockets when I connect with my guests and give them an unforgettable evening of mystery, magic and a little mayhem.
I do not perform online or remote performances. I need human interaction. The covid pandemic crippled live performances, but thankfully that is all over, (for now anyway).
To keep customers safe from Covid-19, I can put them into an astronaut like spacesuit for only $58,232.63 per person (Oh, but there's a 5% discount for repeat customers). If that is too much money, then I recommend customers take their own preventative steps and measures.
