Combining wisdom from the East and the West I work with people in a private, inviting, one-on-one setting, or via Skype, to gently coach them on how to come to terms with, accept and embrace reality. Some of the modalities I use include Hakomi, Recreation of the Self (R-CS), Reiki, guided mindfulness, breathing, meditation and shamanic traditions. Think of it as life coaching in mindfulness. Our first session is free and following sessions are priced on a sliding scale.
