What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy the partnerships I create with my clients and the satisfaction of knowing they've trusted me to manage their HR, ensure compliance, work with their employees, and change the culture of an often times, stigmatized profession.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to provide high level, quality, HR services to small-mid sized businesses, who otherwise may not be able to retain an experienced HR Director.

Why should our clients choose you?

Don't fall for one of those big, fancy PEO's who promise you the world. You are told a fairytale story, shown colorful slides and presentations and when you actually sign on the dotted line, it all goes downhill. You're a small fish in their big pond. You pay them, but end up doing all the work, having to learn new software, get pushed off from one person to another. Is that what you're looking for? They are supposed to be your HR representative, but leave you to do the heavy lifting and tie you into absurd contracts? Not with me.
