Find a HR Consultant in San Jose

My company relocated from Toronto to Northern California in 2012. The Regus location on East Hamilton is well located and accessible by major highways and also resides next to the Los Gatos recreational trail (which is great for an after-work run). The support team (Joanne, GiGi, Ira, and Rosie) take their job quite seriously and professionally and are some of the best I've ever encountered. In addition to being highly efficient, they are supremely pleasant and help make any working day a great day to be in the office.

I have had the pleasure of working with George from Life Cycles Coaching. In all honestly I have nothing but respect for George and wouldn't want another therapist. George is always available by phone or text and has even gone the extra mile in helping me navigate court. He is always helpful and supportive and is consistent with writing his reports which is exactly what I needed. I know that I can call anytime and receive a quick response back. One of the smaller temp agencies I've worked with.  Haven't gotten a job through them, but the agent I've been working with seems pretty helpful with the opportunities he's thrown my way.  Got me an interview at Yahoo, but that didn't fall through cause they hired the person with more experience.  Boo.  But yeah, the agents over here are pretty nice and helpful and actually reach out to me to check my status on the work situation vs. me having to always e-mail or call them to check in.  But yeah, if you're looking for jobs in Finance or Accounting, they're pretty solid.

He made starting my new job a very good experience because of his responsiveness and always knowing what was going on in the recruitment flow as I was brought aboard.West Valley itself seems to run a fairly tight ship, so the worker knows what's happening -- my experience thus far. And they have paid holidays, a much-appreciated benefit, which seems to be a rarity nowadays for most agencies.I'd recommend using West Valley as an agency, especially if you go through Sam.
