I provide psychotherapy services to adults struggling with a variety of issues including: anxiety, trauma, depression, self-harm behaviors, addictions, and grief/loss. My approach is somewhat eclectic, though my basic framework for therapy is Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and Strengths-based. I have specialized training in integrative modalities which go beyond "just talk therapy" such as yoga, guided imagery, stress-management, and art.

Summer will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if that is a benefit you have.**
