We LOVED Chef Davids. From the beginning, we knew that they were going to be awesome. Our tasting experience was exceptional. I spoke with Holly on the phone before our tasting and she offered many wonderful suggestions as to what we could have our menu. The tasting was great, chef David sat with us and was very welcoming. All of our guests LOVED the food at our wedding. We are still getting compliments about how good the food was! The peruvian chicken with the lime verde sauce was everyone's favorite!

Culinary Infusion surpassed all of our expectations of a wedding caterer. I can't tell you how many times my husband and I said, "I'm SO glad we have them!" throughout our planning process. They came highly recommended from our venue, but their tasting event completely blew us away. We were able to sample almost everything on their menu - all of which was mouthwatering! Kathy helped us narrow down the menu to find the best options for wedding, based on location (off site), deciding between plated or family style, and our favorite dishes from the tasting. Our guests commented all night on how delicious the meal was! Everything was incredible, and HOT. Which is definitely not a given with most wedding caterers. Kathy and her team were also instrumental in the whole planning process and day-of set up. She helped me to select the best linen colors, and guided me on placement of things to create the flow we wanted for the day. I couldn't have done it without her! We also hired Kathy and the team to help us with the set up on our wedding day, which was priceless. It allowed us to enjoy our day and take time with our photos, rather than spending all day setting up decor. Thank you, Culinary Infusion! You were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day!!

KBC welcomed us with open arms and hosted our funeral luncheon! Nick was awesome for coordinating everything and setup! Nick did a phenomenal job with hosting us and treated me like we have been friends for years! Just a genuine nice guy. Hands down a great experience! I personally have hosted many events in the past and this venue is great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience!

With the big box chains taking over and the locally owned establishments slowly disappearing, we felt the consumer no longer had the opportunity to have good food, good ingredients, and great service. we wanted to change that.
