From being able to speak directly with Joe to plan the menu and the communication from the rest of his staff, everything went great! The quality of the food and desserts was top notch. My wife and I hired Pamela's Party Pantry to cater our birthday party in late September of 2020. We hired them to host three meals over a 3-day period for a party of approximately 15 people. Pamela and Sherman arrived promptly, were extremely organized, and provided the most amazing meals we have ever had! In addition, they were friendly and treated everyone with the utmost respect. We enjoyed them so much we are having them return to cook our Thanksgiving dinner for our family. I highly recommend Pamela's for any special event!

He has owned BBQ restaurants for the past 10 years and has thousands of catered events under his belt. Everything he cooks is meticulously prepared with the best ingredients as fresh as possible. Paul Hubbard took culinary arts classes in high school. He fell in love with the industry immediately and started taking it very seriously from the beginning. He became an executive chef at 21 and opened his first BBQ restaurant at 26, the rest is history!
