Our cooking is based on good old fashion recipes, great flavors that are layered and wholesome balanced meals. Our catering is just as visually appealing as it is delicious. With over 40+ years of experience, we feel we can listen and produce what our clients need and want, even tho they may not immediately know at the first meeting. We often hear the phrase, "how did you know that's what we wanted?" It brings a smile to our face!
We are known for our KT Vodka Marinara, Teriyaki Meatballs, KT Deviled Eggs and Baked Potato Bisque. We always laugh when a conversation starts with, "Whatever we plan, you have to include . . . " whether it fits in with the rest of the menu or not, we always make it work so they get their 'favorite'.
We ask a whole of questions to make sure all details are covered for each event, no detail is too small or insignificant. Then we always leave the door open for questions and adjustments that may have to be made down the road. It is your event and it is our goal to make sure it is exactly what you envisioned.

I knew from the beginning that in order to maintain the highest level of great food, really good customer service and reliability, there was never a question of having or trusting anyone else with our food. No company or 'management' was going to have a say in making sure our clients received only the very best we offered, so it was a no-brainer, we would do it ourselves and did!

For public events, we are fully masked and are constantly cleaning and keeping all surfaces clean as we service our events.
