We visited many places before deciding on hosting my daughter's bridal shower at Chapins. The room was beautiful but when we met Madi, the event coordinator, we knew we had found our place. The beautiful mirrors and lights make for a unique banquet room. Madi customized the decor and helped us to customize our menu. She is so helpful and accommodating. If it is important to you, she will make it happen. We felt it was very reasonably priced since it was basically all inclusive. The food was very good and our guests continue to comment on what a beautiful shower it was. They do offer Mimosa or other drink options but the banquet room we chose is attached to the bar so the guests could order any type of alcoholic beverage they would like. It was nice to have the bar as the groom, the Father's, and few other male relatives were able to hang out in the bar during the shower. The servers were very helpful and made sure all of our requests were taken care of. Scott and Diane are very hospitable. We will recommend Chapins to our friends and family for their future events. We recently held my bridal shower at Chapin's Banquets. All those who helped with the planning process have agreed that the best part of going with Chapin's for our formal event was the incredibly thorough and flexible help we received from their event coordinator, Madi. Madi went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were informed about just about everything before we made a decision. One example was our menu selection, which we ended up customizing. She made recommendations that we ended up being very pleased with too! The food was delicious and a very good value, in our opinion. I was pleased to offer my guests the option to walk next door to the bar if they were interested in alcoholic beverages. The employees on the bar side are very friendly and accommodating as well. We had my daughter's bridal shower at Chapin's East last weekend. I cannot say enough about Madi. I have never worked with someone more accommodating or helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful. The food was very good. Madi was so prompt in answering all my questions. She customized the decor in the room and the centerpieces were beautiful! I feel that the cost is extremely reasonable for all that is included. Scott and Diane were also extremely friendly and accommodating. The servers on the day of the event were also very professional, efficient, and kind. We will recommend Chapins to our friends and family for their future events. I cannot thank Chapin’s (Madi) enough for accommodating Minooka High School Baseball JV and Freshman team/coaches/families on such short notice. With the obstacles we faced changing venue to Chapin’s due to space constraints within 1 week and then moving our date back 3 days the day before our event, Madi was nothing but delightful through it all. Don't let all the pickup trucks scare you away. Walk in and seat yourself the food is excellent. I had the brisket special which came with carrots and smash potatoes. We also had to try the chicken pot pie which was also good. Both meals came with a dinner salad. We eat for under $30 dollars. I would recommend eating here and next time I'm going to try the burger. We just had our wedding at Chapin's East this past Saturday. It was absolutely PERFECT! Madi and her staff were so accommodating and totally on their game. Madi was not who we originally spoke to about our wedding, but she was fabulous with communicating and she more than made up for errors made by her predecessor. Madi was very responsive to all our questions during the planning process. She helped me arrange a big surprise for my husband too! She is laid back, yet professional and very eager to please & generous. She kept reminding me it was "my day" and she wanted it to be exactly what we wanted. We tried to keep things simple and easy for the staff and Madi was awesome at suggesting things that work best for the space like putting the dinner buffet in the foyer so it is out of the way (made for easier setup & clean up for the staff and gave our guests more space in the banquet room itself). I truly felt like I could have asked for just about anything and Madi would have made it happen! During the reception I thought I misplaced my keys. She and other members of the waitstaff were immediately down on their hands & knees in the dim reception lighting searching for them! We did find them of course. I cannot say enough good things about Madi and the staff at Chapin's. We were allowed to set up early, given earlier access to the venue when needed, etc. So many of our guests complimented the food, cupcakes and drinks! Bartenders were mixing drinks well. The brisket was so tender and flavorful. People loved that the cupcakes had filling! Our day could not have gone any smoother or been more wonderful! We recently hosted our daughters baby shower at Chapins. After visiting many other venues, the decision to choose Chapins, was a good one. Dianne and her staff were very professional and attentive to detail. our event planner, Madi, was quick to respond to emails and very dedicated to making our daughters special event, very memorable. We just had my baby shower there yesterday and it couldn’t of been more perfect. I was very anxious and nervous to get everything set up on time the day of and have it look how we wanted to and Kristy & Diane did great. They let us rearrange things, added some props, helped move stuff for us, and supply some extra things we needed. The food was great. The room was elegant, classy, and clean. My husband and I recently had lunch at the Twin Rails Pub and we were delighted. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a great bar.
