Using locally-grown organic produce and quality meats and seafood, we will create a coursed dinner that will be talked about long after the plates are cleared. Private Parties: Whether you are hosting a cocktail party at your home, a holiday party for the company or a fundraiser for your non-profit, we will create the perfect menu to fit your occasion AND your budget. Our staff will ensure that you can enjoy your event without worrying about any of the details. Weddings: Every wedding we cater is distinctively different, a reflection of the bride and groom’s personal style and chosen venue. From ten course plated dinners to barbeque buffets and taco bars, we will work with you to create a menu that complements your unique setting. Corporate Events: We work with local companies to provide delicious, healthy lunch buffets to hundreds of employees. With the use of our fully-equipped commercial kitchen we are able to bring restaurant quality food directly to the site, leaving virtually no footprint at your business location. Special weekend conferences with hundreds of participants require a well-organized team to orchestrate seating and serving, rental deliveries and pickups, set-up and clean-up. Our full-service catering division can handle every aspect of food and beverage for your conference so you can focus on engaging your participants. Wine Dinners and Cooking Classes: Pairing amazing local wines with fresh, seasonal cuisine is just one of the private events that we host at our commercial kitchen in Santa Barbara. Join us in the evening as we collect fresh herbs from our tower gardens, create a coursed dinner using seasonal produce from local growers, and learn more about wine from industry leaders such as Doug Margerum. Special Dietary Needs: We can help create a dietary plan that is right for your body’s individual needs. We are experienced in creating menus for various dietary needs and have a combined database with thousands of recipes for vegans, diabetics, gluten-free, ovo-lacto vegetarians, low carbohydrate, high protein, and blood-type diets. We will work with you in your household to develop a plan that can help you train for an event, lose weight, increase energy, or augment the amount of nutrient rich foods in your diet. Recipe Development: We work with private clients to develop recipes and menus for home use, with culinary professionals for catering and restaurant development, and with corporate clients on product formulation and quality. Our full-time Research and Development Chef has a degree in Food Science from Cal Poly University, SLO, as well as extensive experience in the natural food industry. What’s your signature dish?

We have too many to pick just one! Ultimately, our signature dishes are created with the highest quality fresh produce, meats, seafoods and cheeses that are available. We focus on creating dishes that are beautiful to look at and delightful to eat. Our presentation is surpassed only by the flavors we create.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

Client collaboration is key. Once we have a chance to communicate with our clients and find out exactly what they're looking for, and how much they would like to spend, we customize each menu to fit their specific needs.

What do you love most about your job?

Food brings people together for a shared experience. We love to create meals that elevate the experience of our clients and their guests. We look to create memories, not just dinner.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having been in the industry for 30 years and worked in all aspects (restaurants, corporate, etc.) it has been a pleasure to work more directly with clients. Each event has its own nuances and gives us an opportunity to create something special. We have fun with our food, and it shows in the smiles of the people we serve.

Why should our clients choose you?

We work closely with our clients to create a menu that fits their specific needs, as opposed to forcing clients to choose from a limited list of signature dishes. No task is too daunting and no occasion is too small!
