I reached out to Stephanie at a time when I knew I needed to make a career shift because I felt lost and frustrated that I just couldn’t find a path that felt congruent with my values and life goals. I’d been purposefully working on this career shift for more than a year, making small gains, but feeling unfocused and always wondering if my effort was actually contributing toward my goals or perhaps just busy work getting in the way of what I was actually seeking. Stephanie helped me to acknowledge the ways that I felt stuck and kept me on track when the doubt would creep in and I would start considering work that was not aligned. She used the 360 coaching structure to help me focus on priorities not only for my work, but through looking at a whole life balance. I was in the habit of compartmentalizing work, life, and health, but am starting to see my choices as contributing to a whole life balance. We had numerous conversations where I felt truly seen by Stephanie, and during these conversations she reflected back to me many details about the work that I love to do that I had overlooked or undervalued. She brought to our sessions a variety of strategies to acknowledge fear and refocus on steps moving forward. She always made sure that our sessions ended with actionable steps that were directly related to my goals. There were times that these actions seemed small, but I was always surprised at how they resulted in visible movement toward my long term goals. As a result of working with Stephanie, I have clearly defined outcomes and parameters for the next steps in my career. I have a clear vision of what I’m working toward in the short and long term, and am now more confident that I am making choices in life and work that are better aligned with my priorities.
