What do you love most about your job?
I am at my very best when I get to use my empathy, deep listening, curiosity and strategic thinking skills on behalf of my clients when I sit down to coach. I have personally experienced the life transformative power of executive coaching and I know that wanting to be a great leader can only take you so far... Understanding how the body and brain work during transition can unlock breakthroughs that bring more joy and ease into your life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my career in nonprofit and wanted to help change the world for the better. Unfortunately organizational dysfunction and martyr mentality left me feeling like I could never do enough... after discovering executive coaching and building the organizational change knowledge to support leaders to create healthier organizations I knew I wanted to serve the people who are doing good work in the world but are on the edge of burnout. I'm participating a new conversation about sustainable leadership that starts on the inside.
