Most of the seasoned executives I work with didn't become successful by accident. It takes intelligence, hard work, resilience, and grit to build a successful career, lead others, and make difficult decisions day after day, fighting burnout and balancing work and career. The people who choose to work with me are already capable and are not looking for someone to tell them how to succeed. They are looking for perspective. The truth is, none of us can see ourselves completely clearly. When you are in the middle of your own responsibilities, challenges, and expectations, it can be difficult to recognize the patterns influencing you or see where a different approach could make things easier or more effective. That is why even the greatest performers have coaches. Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, and Tiger Woods did not work with coaches because they lacked talent. They worked with coaches because another trained set of eyes could see what they could not. Acting as an educated mirror to reflect when the athlete could not see on their own. A good coach notices patterns. Asks the right questions. Challenges your thinking. Helps you slow down long enough to see what is actually happening—and what needs to happen next. That is the work I do. I help accomplished people step outside the noise, gain clarity, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next. If you made it this far in your career, you are very likely able to do it on your own. But, could you get there faster, with greater sense of accomplishment and less wasted energy, with the right coach beside you? Definitely.

What do you love most about your job?

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about executive coaching is working with intelligent, driven people who have already accomplished a great deal—and helping them see what is possible next.

Top performers rarely lack ambition, discipline, or ability. More often, they need the space to step outside the demands of leadership, examine what is working, and recognize what they may be too close to see on their own.

I enjoy helping clients connect the pieces, identify the patterns affecting their performance, and see the bigger picture with greater clarity. Together, we turn that insight into focused decisions, practical strategies, and meaningful action.

I understand what it feels like to carry significant responsibility while feeling stretched too thin, mentally overloaded, or uncertain about the next chapter. Success does not eliminate those challenges. Sometimes it makes them harder to acknowledge.

The moment you begin asking whether there is a better, more effective, or more fulfilling way forward, you are already challenging the status quo.

That question is not a sign that you are lost. It is often a sign that you are ready to grow.

Helping accomplished people find that next level is what makes me excited to do this work.

What inspired you to start your own business?

For much of my life, I felt like the square peg.

I was capable, creative, and driven, but I did not always fit comfortably into traditional environments. I knew I was not meant to simply follow the same path as everyone else. I needed the freedom to think independently, pursue my ideas, and work in a way that allowed me to fully use my strengths.

For a long time, I felt close to where I wanted to be—but not quite there. I had ambition and ability, but I lacked the clarity to understand what kind of environment would allow me to thrive.

Eventually, I realized I was not designed to spend my career building someone else’s vision. I needed to create my own.

That realization led me to entrepreneurship. I have now spent nearly 20 years owning and operating my own businesses. It has required risk, resilience, creativity, and a willingness to trust my instincts, but it has also given me the freedom to build a career that reflects who I am.

Starting my own business was not simply a professional decision. It was the moment I stopped trying to fit into someone else’s path and began creating one that was right for me.

Why should our clients choose you?

I understand what it feels like to be intelligent, capable, and close to the mark—yet still know something is missing.

Many of the executives and high performers I work with have already achieved a great deal. They do not need more ambition, generic motivation, or someone to tell them how to succeed. They need an experienced outside perspective that can help them see what they may be too close to recognize on their own.

That is the value I bring.

I combine nearly 20 years of business ownership and real-world leadership experience with rigorous professional training through respected institutions, including the University of Kansas, Harvard University, and Yale University.

I am also a continual student of coaching, leadership, human behavior, and performance. I remain current on emerging research, evidence-informed practices, and evolving coaching methods so that my clients receive thoughtful, relevant, and highly personalized support.

I know from experience that the distance between where you are and where you want to be is not always as large as it appears. Sometimes it is one overlooked pattern, one misaligned priority, or one decision that has not yet come fully into focus.

My role is to help you identify that gap, gain clarity, and make the adjustments that move you from almost there to fully aligned.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I maintained a traditional office in the western suburbs of Chicago. Since the changes that came along with the pandemic, most of my clients have chosen to meet virtually or in their office space.

Virtual coaching has worked especially well for the busy executives I partner with. It offers greater flexibility, eliminates travel time, and allows clients to fit meaningful coaching into demanding schedules without sacrificing the quality or personal connection of the experience.

The majority of the executives and professionals I work with are based throughout the Chicagoland area, although I also coach clients in major cities across the United States, including those in Hawaii, as well as internationally in Spain, England, Germany, Canada, and India.

Whether we meet virtually or in person, the focus remains the same: creating a private, thoughtful space to step away from the demands of leadership, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.
