My step mom (a M'head client) got me an appointment with Jessica in Salem. Aside from not being told my appointment was in Salem (I was re-booked for the next day) things were great. Jessica really listened to me, and gave me a great cut. And what beats the mini-facials they give you? I am still having a little bit of trouble styling my hair as cute as she had it, but I love it. Have my next cut and colored scheduled already. Also - they don't accept tips, they just want referrals.
