We work together to release old stories and limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck in the past and unable to move forward by reprogramming your subconscious and releasing trapped emotions.

I help my clients find the willingness in their body and mind to initiate joyful movement that helps them gain strength, flexibility, and confidence in both the appearance and ability of their body.

After the birth of my first child, I experienced leaking when I would cough and sneezed. After my second child I developed uterine and bladder prolapse. I did not want to deal with pelvic floor symptoms the rest of my life, so I set out on a mission to heal my body holistically.

I made significant progress thru the PCES certification program, but realized that some of my symptoms still persisted due to stress and trauma during birth, as well as from previous experiences in my life. By addressing the trauma from an emotional and energetic level I was able to make further progress and am now virtually symptom free.

I have helped dozens of people improve their posture, pelvic floor symptoms, and core strength thru my personalized program that is specifically catered to the pregnant or postpartum body.

In person sessions are available limited days and hours. Virtual sessions are done via zoom and online course platform.

Masks can be worn on request, and an air purifier is used during in person sessions.
