Katy and Annie prepared a holiday dinner for our extended family and we were impressed by every course. Each component on our plates was beautifully executed, and Katy artfully crafted a menu that appealed to a wide range of preferences and dietary restrictions at the table. She even prepared perfectly portioned kids' plates for the littlest diners- completed with a side of buttery noodles just in case (though, in the end, they preferred Brussel sprouts most!). We had an AMAZING dinner with a large group and honestly could not have asked for anything better. Brit was an amazing chef as well as an all around great human. The sushi was all time, and his willingness to accommodate everyone’s needs was above and beyond. Honestly there isn’t anyone else out there who is such a joy to be with and who provides the amazing level of service as he does. Thank you!
