Katy and Annie prepared a holiday dinner for our extended family and we were impressed by every course. Each component on our plates was beautifully executed, and Katy artfully crafted a menu that appealed to a wide range of preferences and dietary restrictions at the table. She even prepared perfectly portioned kids' plates for the littlest diners- completed with a side of buttery noodles just in case (though, in the end, they preferred Brussel sprouts most!).
