We are a group of professional cooks led by Chef Britt Michael (insta: Chefbrittb). We work out of a private kitchen and can happily accommodate from 5-100 people. Our professional services include but not limited to: Private Dinners, Meal Prep, Event Catering, Corporate Lunch or Dinner, Team Building Sushi Class, etc.

Best dinner party ever? Yup!
We had an AMAZING dinner with a large group and honestly could not have asked for anything better.
Brit was an amazing chef as well as an all around great human. The sushi was all time, and his willingness to accommodate everyone’s needs was above and beyond. Honestly there isn’t anyone else out there who is such a joy to be with and who provides the amazing level of service as he does. Thank you!

We hired Chef Britt to host a party of over 30 people for my wife's 40th birthday. Chef Britt was very professional throughout the entire process.
We found him very easy to work with in the planning stage, and was very professional at the event. The small bite menu (multiple dishes) he prepared was excellent and our guests were very complimentary of each item he prepared. He was punctual, prepared delicious food, cleaned after the event, and was just a great guy to work with. Many of our guests now plan to hire him for future dinner parties or other events. I highly recommend him based on a very positive experience. Thank you again, Chef Britt!

Chef Britt was AMAZING! He not only pulled off a last minute VIP event with grace and professionalism, but his menu suggestions, flexibility and final product were beyond our expectations! I highly recommend him.
What’s your signature dish?
Our chef has had a unique experience throughout his career which has led him to dub his style: Asian Confusion. Traditional Japanese training, obsession with Korean food, and french techniques. We have made everything, but if we had to choose, this would be our style.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have just as many questions for you as you have for us :) The more we know about you, the better.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching a stress free host enjoy themselves, having a client rave about your recipe, watching the "oh my..." face. All of it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
15 years in the restaurant and a desire to share that with people in their own homes or workplace.

Anything and everything. We will do anything to make our customers feel comfortable. Tell me I won't rent some haz-mat suits for the office "Karen" and you’d be wrong ;)
