I had a short notice request that she fulfilled flawlessly and even went the extra mile to arrive 1 hour earlier than our contract agreement to accommodate a change in plans. Food was delicious. I was lucky enough to indulge in Castaway Cuisine's delicious food on two separate occasions. First our HR department had them come out and serve our entire production plant lunch for our biannual safety lunch. The food was incredible and many of the employees mentioned it was by far the best luncheon we ever had. Then I was lucky enough to run into them again at a charity golf scramble. Chef Mike does a great job and the portions are fantastic. You can't beat the value and quality of Castaway Cuisine. I highly recommend them for your events or private part.
