Chef Rae was extremely professional and accomodating over a multi-day event in a hotel. Though the venue was probably less than ideal, she made it work and was punctual, friendly, and courteous. And most importantly, the food was fantastic! Our group looked forward to lunch and dinner every day as Chef Rae provided a variety of mains and sides and always included items for vegans and vegetarians as well. The pasta salad, buffalo chicken sliders, potato salad, mashed potatoes, baked beans, fruit salad, honey butter rolls, and shrimp alfredo pasta were particular favorites of our group. The hot items were kept hot, cold items kept cold, and everything was neatly labeled and presented. Chef Rae also kept us stocked with delicious sweet tea and lemonade the entire time!
