She consulted me about the process and explained everything clearly, even made sure if I had anything to ask or say about it. The suggestions, the cost, & the result were all upfront and there. Because of how damage my hair was, she suggested 'a 2 process & treatment' (color correction and something called a keratin treatment) would achieve the results I wanted, and it sure did!I am so glad I came here and thankful for Ida for helping me fix my hair. She brings several modalities into the treatment as she is well versed in acupressure, cranial sacral therapy and reiki. Likely more but those were the ones I am aware of. Before she began, she asked me if anything hurt, or did I want her to concentrate on a problem area.
